Criticism is an act which involves a restless seeking after the essence of art . . . it must illumine the necessary relation between art and life.— George Core

Where Are They Now?

In 2007, Dr. K. P. A. Taylor's continued generosity allowed the Sewanee Review to institute the Aiken Taylor Internship, a one-year position with the quarterly offered only to a graduating senior from the University of the South. Jacob Moore was the recipient of the internship in 2008, and his hard work at the magazine helped him to launch a successful career in publishing and editing. He now serves as an agent at Zachary Shuster Harmsworth, a full-service literary and entertainment agency with locations in New York City and Boston. Great job, Jacob!
